Tiers
Assign dealers to a tier and price the tier, not the dealer.
The platform
Everything below reads from the same authoritative record. Change a spec once and it reaches the dealer feed, the agency, the website provider, the ERP and the carton QR page together.
One authoritative product record per SKU
Brand, collection, style, colorway and SKU, held in a hierarchy that matches how flooring is actually organised. Attributes are defined per product type, so carpet carries face weight and twist while tile carries PEI and DCOF — no bending a generic field to fit.
Images and PDFs versioned and attached to the hierarchy
Upload an image once and every downstream site links to a permanent URL, requesting the size it needs. Install instructions, warranties and care guides are versioned and effective-dated, so the document that applied on the day a product sold is still retrievable years later.
Multi-tier and dealer-specific pricing, effective-dated
Assign dealers to a tier and price the tier, not the dealer. Stage a future increase ahead of time and reconcile a past order against the price that applied. Every feed carries exactly one pricing context, so no dealer ever receives a file containing another dealer's price.
Publish once, consume many
A channel per audience, each with its own product scope and pricing context. Dealers, marketing agencies, website providers and ERPs each pull a feed that is always current — and every published file is retained, so you can see exactly what was sent, to whom, and when.
Current availability, internally and on your dealers' sites
Roll-level detail for soft goods, cartons and lots for hard goods. Inventory can come from your ERP, from a spreadsheet, or be maintained directly in the platform — all three are supported, configured per source. An embeddable widget puts live availability on dealer websites with a visible “as of” stamp.
Stock check, order placement, confirmation retrieval
Dealers see their own pricing, check stock, place orders and track them through to shipment. Samples and literature use the same flow. Direct ship to the jobsite when that is what the job needs.
A permanent page for every style and SKU
A QR code on the carton resolves to the current install instructions, care guide and warranty for that exact product — on a phone, on a jobsite, with no login. Discontinued lines still resolve, to the documents that applied to them.
Control where it matters
Multi-tier and dealer-specific pricing, effective-dated so a future increase can be staged and a past order can be reconciled. Marketing agencies and website providers get credentials that cannot see cost at all.
Assign dealers to a tier and price the tier, not the dealer.
Let reps move price within a margin floor you set. Below it, it needs approval.
Every published file is kept — what was sent, to whom, on what date.
Fits what you already run
Inventory can come from your ERP, from a spreadsheet, or be maintained directly in the platform — all three are supported, configured per source.
Where a retail partner needs industry-standard EDI, documents are handed to Isogent's Inform EDI application, which handles the transaction formats. You never touch an 832.
A 30-minute walkthrough against your own product data. Bring a spreadsheet and a few warranty PDFs — that is enough to show you what changes.
